Our focus is on third countries in the Western Balkans (e.g. Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro) and other non-EU countries with strong IT potential. We focus on regions with a high quality of education and a strong interest in international career opportunities.

How does the placement process work?

Following an initial consultation, we define the job requirements together. From there, we handle the active search, candidate selection and presentation, coordinate interviews, and assist with the contract signing and relocation.

How long does it take until a skilled professional can start working on site?

Typically, the entire process takes around 2 to 3 months – depending on administrative processing times, contract signing, and each candidate’s individual situation.

Who is responsible for the residence permit (e.g. Red-White-Red Card)?

We manage the full application process, working closely with your company and the candidate, and accompany all steps through to arrival.

What legal requirements does your company have to meet?

Your company must operate in Austria in accordance with the law, comply with employment law requirements (e.g. minimum salary, social security) and offer a real, standard job. In addition, there must be no violations of employment or social law.

Which languages do the candidates speak?

The majority of the recruited professionals are fluent in English. Some also have basic or advanced German language skills. On request, we can help with language onboarding.

What happens after the employee arrives in Austria?

On request, we offer aftercare including finding accommodation, everyday integration and formal registrations. This is how we ensure sustainable and stable employment.
