Our story

One of our team members is originally from Serbia and successfully relocated to Austria on their own, without any external assistance. What she experienced was far from easy: bureaucratic obstacles, lack of support, language barriers, uncertainty, time pressure, sleepless nights, and many other challenges that are not always visible at first glance. The desire to make this journey easier for others became her greatest motivation and ultimately the founding idea behind our company. With our many years of experience in recruitment, immigration processes, and intercultural integration, we make international hiring smooth and straightforward. And that is exactly what we do today – guiding skilled professionals on their journey to Austria with expertise, empathy, and real, lived experience.

Strategy, finance and corporate governance with vision

Oswin Ziegelbecker, our CEO, holds a master’s degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), and is responsible for strategic development, financial management, and operational leadership.

His analytical thinking, ability to see the big picture, and calm attitude ensure our team works effectively, with clarity, and with a future-oriented mindset – always focused on quality and building trust.

Recruiting with empathy, structure and communication on equal terms

Maja Krmar, our HR expert, is a passionate recruiter with a degree in International Business Administration from the University of Vienna.
‍She brings extensive experience covering the full employee lifecycle – from employer branding and talent acquisition to onboarding and integration. Having worked in both start-ups and large corporations like Accenture and Raiffeisen Bank International, she understands the dynamics of both worlds inside and out.

With her language skills, strong communication abilities, and emotional intelligence, she builds genuine connections between companies and talents who truly fit.

Comprehensive legal expertise with strong practical impact

Our Head of Legal has comprehensive hands-on experience in public law, with a strong focus on labor migration and residence procedures. She also regularly publishes expert legal articles on these topics.

Her in-depth expertise makes her a trusted advisor for legal clarity and compliance, for both companies and international IT talent.
